Effectima as a workplace

Effectima is a group with four offices located in Nacka, Tyresö, Täby, and Sigtuna. Together we are about 40 employees. As an accounting consultant at Effectima, you have overall responsibility for delivery to and relationship with the client. With us in Nacka, you will be part of a team of 9 employees who have extensive experience and broad expertise in accounting. We have many loyal and returning clients, primarily consisting of small to medium-sized companies.

About the position

· Full-time, 40 hours a week

· Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period

· Immediate start or according to agreement

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is passionate about accounting and has a couple of years of experience managing the entire accounting process. You have experience from an accounting firm and know what it means to work as a consultant. You are driven and results-oriented and have a strong desire to develop, deepen your knowledge in accounting, and are unpretentious and open to learning new things. You work independently and drive your work on your own while also being part of a team and all that it entails.

You are meticulous, pedagogical, and want to provide the best possible service to our clients. You are communicative and do not hesitate to take the initiative for conversations. Since you have daily contact with clients, you are social and skilled at building long-term relationships. The pace of work is sometimes high, so it is important that you are stress-resistant and thrive in a varied work tempo.

Competence requirements

· Academic degree in economics or equivalent

· At least 4 years of experience in independent accounting work

· Experience with your own client responsibility

· Experience working at an accounting firm

· Self-sufficient from start to finish regarding

- K2 limited companies

- Ongoing accounting

- Year-end closing and annual reports

- Corporate tax returns

Meritorious

· Authorized by SRF or FAR

· Experience with K3 limited companies

· Experience with property and group accounting

· Experience with personal tax returns
